Crazy experience. Brought car in for winter tires and was told by the person at the front desk I could pay with card. When the work was done I was told actually cash was required and that my family would not be trusted to take our own car to a ATM machine to get the money, even though we had a sleeping 4 month old baby with us. I'm not sure why they don't trust their own customers, it is not such a nice feeling to be treated like a suspected criminal by a company you are doing business with over such a small amount.

Uitermate onsympathieke vent bij de werkplaatsreceptie. Genoemde problemen worden niet opgelost, e-mails worden niet beantwoord. Mijn advies: zoek een andere dealer.
We kwamen kijken bij een KIA Carens. We mochten de auto niet uitzetten want de accu was blijkbaar slecht. De auto stonk echt enorm van binnen (rokersauto en volgens mij honden) en plakte letterlijk. Bij het lostrekken van de achterklep zat de auto vol met schimmel. Zonde van de rit naar Utrecht. Ik zou ze toch willen adviseren om een auto even na te lopen alvorens je er een klant 80 kilometer voor laat rijden naar een vestiging.
