Completely disaster. The service is so appalling. We trusted the nice sales lady at the store but she charged us a grand total of 1300 for carpet which we never received. First she asked us to buy a primer and do it ourselves as it was simply very easy - about 15 minutes. What a giant lie! It took us over 10 hours to remove the old carpet and to remove the old glue, we had to borrow a special gun from GAMMA and otherwise we had to prime the stairs. What we did not expect was the horrific treatment from the contractor which they sent to us. First he was downright rude and ill-manners and simply refused to lay the carpet saying the primer was not well done. Yes, you need to earn money but that is not the service we signed up for. We wanted purely to change the carpets and now despite waiting 3 weeks and spent over 1300 EUROS! We are still being insulted by the contractor and the sales manager who tells us we have to pay 65 each time we cancel the appointment. WE DID not Cancel the appointment, Your contractor was simply uncooperative. Anyway buyers must beware the price is simply too exorbitant for the zero and negative service rendered. BEWARE!!

We plaatsten een bestelling bij Roobol op basis van een beloofde levertijd van 30 dagen na aankoop. De 30 dagen werden er 70, en het ontbinden van de koop was niet meer mogelijk. De luxaflex werd vervolgens ook nog met de verkeerde maat geleverd, ondanks dat het bedrijf zelf had ingemeten. Vervolgens stonden ze zonder te communiceren buiten het aangegeven tijdsvak voor de deur voor de installatie, en voor de nalevering van de luxaflex zelfs helemaal onaangekondigd. Waardeloze klantenservice, slechte communicatie en zwaar overprijst. Totale afrader.

Ik vond de service prima. Een extern bedrijf heeft in opdracht van Roobol mijn PVC vloer goed gelegd. Folie was wel betaald maar niet gebruikt. Na melding hiervan heb ik dat bedrag binnen een dag terug gekregen. Kortom : voor mij een goede ervaring.
