I was treated really well for a cavity and a general cleaning. Very friendly staff as well. They also take the rules to decrease the spread of Corona very seriously!

Last week my tooth broke off, I was in a lot of pain. Through my colleague I heard from Studentist, could go directly that day. Unfortunately the tooth was lost and had to be pulled. It was a difficult tooth, so I might have to go to the hospital. Fortunately it was successful at the dentist. Now I can celebrate Christmas with my friends without pain. I recommend the studentist dentist!!!!
I never suggest this place to anyone else, neither for a simple cleaning. I went this morning in order to remove my upper right tooth, as according to the dentist, it was infected. After she started to operate, she suddenly stop and said she could not proceed, as I was not able to open my mouth and was really anxious. She also made me feel so uncomfortable and ashamed of the situation that I started to cry. Afterwards she refused to continue the operation and she sent me to the hospital, where I received a check for over 300 euro. Apparently, she was not able to analyze the situation on the spot and rather then to send me to surgery, she decided to improvise an operation and \to see how it would have gone\ (her words). I asked her name before to go to hospital while I was still crying and she refused to do so, just saying, go there, they are going to help you. This is the WORSE experience of my 28 years old life at a dentist practice. I am glad I find out right after the second appointment in order to don't show up there anymore. Zero experience and zero empathy, I still feel traumatized now while I never was scared to go to dentist before.
Shocking service, do not recommend! The doctors are young and inexperienced, the worst I've ever been in. In addition to not transparent to the customer in the matter of prices, the first time I came to clean and the doctor forced me to do a test, took 50 euros and did not clean. The second time I set up a line for cleaning, the doc tried to push me with an explanation, telling her I don’t want explain only cleaning. After all, she gave me a few minutes' explanation of how to clean with a toothpick and in the end, in addition to the 62 I was charged for cleaning (12.5 to 5 minutes), I been charged another 12.5 for an explanation I did not ask! In short, thieves push unnecessary services by force and do not even mention that they will charge you money. no no no!
The doctor was very cold and it seemed like she had no feelings when she had to extract a tooth from me. I had an infection and it hurt so so much (it wasn't the dentist fault that the infection spread ) but I was crying on the chair and she didn't seem to care. She said that we have to hurry because she also has more patients (meanwhile I cried myself out). It was really, really bad. I don't recommend this place, at all.
