I am an engineer, so this people took wrong target to scam on. First of all. People Peking there have nothing to do with repair technician, don’t know basic problems and how to diagnose you. They try to charge you for everything. They even try to argue that your phone “it’s not this expensive one that I’m talking about” They don’t even know what is the difference between used and refurbished phone. I have saved 350 euro, just by crossing street to the Telecom Store. Hope they will bankrupt asap

Very helpful. I was waiting for an urgent call but my usb-port broke. I rushed to Arslan for help and they were wonderful. Their repair technician worked on it directly and non-stop for the better part of an hour and had me pay 35 euros for installing an entirely new port. I don't know if that's the best price, but I know that for an hour of labour and a new part it was a fair price to me. While I was waiting the store clerk was friendly and really knowledgable about the estimates on the repairs of a friend's phone. He had a big mouth but it seems to be a bit of an act and I was more entertained than offended. When I came back home and opened my phone I was delighted. It was hardly visible that anyone had been in there.
