We passed kastel oost on our way to the memorial of the WW11 Wellington bomber which crashed here after it was shot down by a German fighter plane all the crew were killed. The kastel was closed the day we passed

Nice to walk around. Museumkaart is valid here which was great. There is a restaurant on its premises, highly recommend it for a quiet meal with a great view over the city.
