We hired them as they were recommended by a colleague to move from one house to be sold) to our new home. They damaged the laminate/staircase/front door/heating thermostatic valve in one house and we have lots of furniture damaged as well. We paid 3100 for over 3800 of damages!!! We contacted them to no avail by phone, email and even letter. They just do not take any responsibilities while their employees did acknowledge the problems while they were here. We have to go all the way to the legal way to solve this problem. In the meantime, we cannot use our furniture since the experts have to come and so on, so 5 weeks after the move, we are still camping!! Really not professional at all and obviously we would advise anyone to think twice before hiring them, especially since they were one the most expensive movers!! They are NOT worth your money!
