The elderly Dutch woman with blue eyes that was there to help me pick out my suitcase was the reason for my high rating. Professional and friendly and not even slightly obligatory in her approach in selling me my suitcase plus she made sure to find a suitcase that was tailored to my needs was everything you should expect from customer service.

Mooie winkel en assortiment. Maar rustig op je gemak rondkijken is helaas niet mogelijk. Een medewerkster die vlak achter je met een ring staat te tikken op een leuning is niet echt relaxt winkelen. De tas maar ergens anders gekocht.
