I have an case which I gave to Bierens. They say that in 95% of the cases they will solve the case without going to court. I supposidly am part of the 5 percent where they were supposed to go to court. Asking me to pay 1800 euros for that. They have send 2 letters to the company which owes me money. They called a few times without succes as that company refuses to pick up so they gave up. Or maybe not, and just said that and took all the money they owed me and telling me just, we terminated everything. So they gave up very easily.

Zeker de algemene voorwaarden goed lezen (vooral gedeelte of uw algemene voorwaarden wel voldoen), ze vragen extra hoge kosten en als een debiteur slim is gaat hij hier niet mee akkoord omdat ze hier een eigen gedachte over hebben die niet conform de regels is. Ook het communiceren gaat op een zeer botte manier, dus zeker niet aan te raden voor zowel crediteur als debiteur.
