An unprofessional company with the worst costumer service ever. After renovating my home, I went to Home of Rugs and Fabrics to get curtains. Their representative came to my place for measurements at the end of September 2020. The communications with them after the visit were absolutely painful: unanswered emails along with unanswered and unreturned phone calls for almost 5 months… In January 2021, the representative contacted me again for the curtain and apologised for the unprofessional behaviour, and confirmed that the curtain will be delivered second week of February. Well guess what, here I am, still without a curtain and all my efforts to contact them again have again been unsuccessful. For one piece of fabric (not a set) that is over EUR700 they were so neglectful of a client and unprofessional to the point that it became rude. I cannot advise you to avoid this shop enough, save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Wat een genot, zoveel mooie stoffen en bijzondere kleden bij elkaar! Net een doos van pandorra, er is zoveel te zien, dat je gewoon weg niet kunt kiezen! Zeer geïnspireerd door de verhalen van Ratna en Tieke over herkomst van materialen. Hierdoor heb je direct een band met je aankoop.
Een winkel van kwaliteit met ontzettend mooie spullen en vriendelijke mensen! Echt een aanrader!
