Went to have my spectacles repaired while on holiday in the Netherlands. They replaced both temple tips and nose pads and then insisted that it is a free service. I explained that I will probly never be back in Volendam to support them but they insisted that no payment is required. The repair was also done quickly even with the practice being quite busy at the time.
