They believe in making money, by doing miscommunications about cancellations and charging money for not cancelling appoitments, and tells you to cancel appointment by phone only, despite the fact we have had many email conversations. Went for checkup, charged 26 euros more saying advise costs of proper hyegine , when asked what was the cost of consultation for, they removed from the invoice. All n all, must chose to go to another dentist, really not professionl at all.
Marvelous dentist! Very professional and friendly team with top tier tools and knowledge. Would recommend anyone with or without tooth ache to visit this practice and enjoy Mond-Time's deft skill!
Don't expect reminder calls previous to your appointments, even when they say they would do it. I ended up paying extra costs due to miscommunication issues.
We were scheduled to come today for cleaning as per advise by the dentist. The dentist checked my son including xray and on the day of the cleaning the person that will clean his teeth decided not to do it because my son needs to gargle first and that his gum is swollen. Just wondering why it was not checked by the dentist two days before.we buy the products hoping it will help or maybe it's a coincidence that she wants to leave soon because her family arrives.
