For workers. Unless You are really desperate for money, for short time of period it is ok to work here because there is always job. Otherwise I don't recommend VDU. Way how things are organised is terrible. If you don't speak Polish it will be hard even with English. Living- mostly have to share house with 7-9, some cases even more people. At least couples can live together. Hard to understand transport, do you will get home after work or not. For everyone its different, but that is my experience.
