Had to print a return label as the store which is responsible for the said service doesn't provide. Led to this store by the courier point. I'm amazed by the straight forward and ease of printing services started from I donwloaded from my phone to completion with safety procedure. Plus the environment is friendly and relax unlike other printing stores I've visited in Ede. This is another perspective from an international student who was in a rush. Price wise is very reasonable and didn't seem take advantage of international student.

Friendly and fast support with special request, great quality print.
I came to the shop last week asking if it was possible to print two images on a t-shirt. Even if it isn't the main activity of the shop, the male employee was kind to me and he dedicated time on my request to satisfy it. I payed 30 euros for the printing which I think it's a fair price. However, when I went back to the shop to ask if the picture could be re-printed on the t-shirt ( because it was crooked both on the back and on the front) he treated me very badly. First, he told me that he could not print the image again because the printing machine was broken.. even if it was not true. Secondly, he was insisting in saying that the pictures printed on the t-shirt were straight, even if they weren't. He got nervous and angry, inviting me to take the money back, without even listening to my request. I hope that in the future he will be able to recognize and accept his mistakes because there's nothing bad about it.

It was super fast. Less than 1h to print our poster which was a benefit, especially because we were in a hurry BUT...first, it was a very expensive print (30euros) second we had a coloration problem (which they were inflexible to give us a discount because of it) and third they make you buy a (hard paper) protective tube for 3.50, which couldnt fit our poster (a standard 90x120cm academical poster). Its wierd to have such a service in a mainly student city. But maybe they have so many requests that they can afford the luxury of inflexible and simplistic standards. I wouldn’t recomend unless you are in an emergency situation.
