Very happy with the service of the team. I was helped by Martijn online for reservation for a basic gear adjustment, I made a mistake with my appointment. Martijn did not hesitate to allocate his time to help with the service. Extremely happy with this and especially the adjustments. Extra smooth and clear gear change after this. Being very weak in Dutch does not help but was happy that I was accommodated by speaking English. Truly appreciated.

This shop is one of the best bike shops you can have in wageningen! I got a very good good advice from Roel who was very kind and professional. Few weeks before buying the bike, I contacted the shop and asked many questions, they were very quick answering, that is why I decided this was the right shop. The day I bought my bike, I got very good advice on what type of bike to buy according to my needs and the type of trip I was about to start. I really needed a good support as it was the first time i was going on a long bike trip. I got fulltime attention during the whole purchasing process. I payed an extra fee to get my bike fitted to my body size, cycling position etc...this was excellent and very useful. Thanks Roel for the excellent service and I am really enjoying my bike! Absolutely recommended shop.

Great bike shop to rent higher-end road and MTB. I did a weekend rental to right the trails at Rhenen. Good price, great Cube hardtail that was well tuned. Martin was really helpful with finding the right bike and the right trails to ride in the area.
