Spacious and next to the water. A good location

Stayed here for 3 months as part of a work contract. Beautiful spacious apartments at competitive prices. Very well maintained property ran by a hands on estate manager. You will need a bike or car to get around to the station (12min cycle) and Albert Heijn (4min cycle) . Will always come back here !
Located directly at the sailboat marina in Warmond, the Kaag Resort is an apartment building which consits of several individual holiday flats - however, it is not a 4-star hotel as stated by Google Maps. Nevertheless, the holiday flats inside this building were clean and included amenities such as a kitchen, a living room with a TV, a sofa bed and a small balcony or a terrace. We spent a few days at the Kaag Resort with friends and booked three flats. The landlord was friendly and helpful, checking in was very easy. Parking lots for cars are available in front of the building. An elevator is provided for access to flats on the upper floors. The free WiFi was fast and worked well. A supermarket, some restaurants and shops are a few minutes away in Warmond; the cities of Leiden, Katwijk and Noordwijk are some 15-20 minutes away. It takes about 45 minutes to the city center of Amsterdam. Although we enjoyed our stay, we felt that the price was a bit too high given that the Kaag Resort is not a hotel with respective facilities. The nearby railroad line was a bit loud, especially for those sleeping in the living room. The terrace should also have been a bit more cleaner, as there were still leaves and moss in some spots. Guests should not expect a hotel when booking here - but still, the apartments are absolutely fine! Before arriving, be sure to pack some basic household items such as toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher tabs as the amount provided might not be enough for a longer stay.
Very clean, very comfortable! We (4) booked a flat over new years eve 2017 and it was great! The rooms/flats are very clean, in the night its very quiet and this resort got the best property manager ever! Winny helps where she can. Every question will be answered 100% and every rest is taken care of. The big parking lot is great. Smoking in rooms/flats NOT ALLOWED! Outside smoking is allowed, Canopy for rainy days also existent.

Great appartment (#9), not cheap, but you could even call it luxurious in it's plain whitewood style. Incredible service by Winny who got me an electric bike. Just make sure you buy toilet paper once you arrive :-)
