Vague description of what is included in the exterior wash can be deceiving. Today your company washed my car. Based on the reviews I had read, I was expecting a good service. However, it did not turn out exactly as expected. My scheduled timeslot was made for 10am. Based on the email I received, it indicated that the team would arrive anywhere between 10am and 11am. At 11:40am, I received a call to state they were on their way and would be approximately here in 10mins. The car wash and cleaning went fine and I am very impressed with the cleansing, however, on closer inspection, I noticed that the slight moss growth which had recently started appearing on the window was not gone. When we queried with your staff why this was not cleaned, they said that it was not part of the basic package. I am not familiar with what your basic package includes, but when you package says you wash the exterior of a car, that means you wash everything until it is clean, right? Alternatively, do they was around all the difficult spots on the exterior and say, that it is not part of the basic package? The staff indicated that the moss growth cleansing costs more and not part of the basic package. On your website, I can only see reference to moss internal cleanings at an additional cost and not on the exterior of the car. When I look at what your basic package includes, it does not show that moss is an optional extra for exterior cleansing, and neither does your exterior cleansing program state that is not included. I would appreciate if you can clarify where on your website this is indicated, as I am unable to find the relevant reference.

Een dure service afgenomen van 89 euro. Eerst al een dag te laat op komen dagen. Daarna een collega van mij geïntimideerd en de auto voor vuil achter gelaten. Niet coulant zijn in het vinden van een oplossing. Enige oplossing die aangeboden wordt is dat ze nog een keer langskomen en een extra emmer water in de auto gooien. Doe het niet!

Hele vriendelijke gasten, denken goed mee en weten wat ze doen. Na minder dan een uur waren ze klaar met het reinigen van me auto, een auto die daarvoor nog leek alsof hij uit de sloot getakeld was en vanbinnen een strand was. Ik ben geholpen door Ramon en zijn collega. Ze leveren niks anders dan kwaliteit, de auto lijkt weer als nieuw! Ze waren wel wat aan de late kant, maar daar hadden ze ook netjes over gebeld dus helemaal geen probleem wat mij betreft. Ik raad het bedrijf zeker aan als je waar wilt voor je geld!
