great service! quick P&P, a lot of options for mountain boards & power kites - my partner really liked the gift I got for him & I was really pleased with the service when I called for a little bit of advice! Will definitely purchase from here again.

Never again. After messaging their sister company i was told i could buy the kite i wanted through this website. I was sent a different kite to what was ordered and shown on the website which didn't seem to bother them. After a few emails, a couple of them rudely worded by them, i involved Paypal. I have recieved the refund issued by PayPal one month after the initial purchase.

Wenn Sie dein Geld haben, hört der Service auf! Ich hatte mir dort einen NasaWing bestellt, nachdem der Kundensupport mir diesen empfohlen hatte. Allerdings fand ich die Anleitung nach Lieferung ziemlich kryptisch, sodass ich um Hilfe gebeten habe... -\u003e keine Antwort. Nachdem ich auf eigene Faust den Drachen habe fliegen lassen, musste ich feststellen, dass der Drache falsch geschnürt wurde. Als Anfänger konnte ich das Problem nicht selbst lösen. Aber Wepa Flyer meldet sich einfach nicht zurück. Ich wollte den Drachen letztlich einfach zurückschicken, aber ich habe einfach keine Infos dafür bekommen. Für mich einfach Geldabzocke!

Zeer aantrekkelijke prijzen, echter bij het retourneren van ondeugdelijk promotie vliegers(oa splinters van de stokken) werd duidelijk dat ze daar niet echt van gediend waren en het retourneren(waar je gewoon recht op hebt) was daarom een drama waarbij niet het volledige bedrag werd teruggestort. Voor mij nooit meer, dan maar iets meer betalen en wel correcte service.

Pas aub op met dit bedrijf. Leveren niet, incasseren ondertussen wel. Geven aan zaken uit te zoeken. Uiteraard niets van terecht gekomen. Resultaat 50 opgelicht, boeven!
