Go here for a cozy sunset an the beaches of the river Waal or one of the lakes in the neighborhood. Usually very quiet as most people prefer the waal beaches, this is a hidden gem t escape the busy bustling (but beautiful) city center. Making a fire is prohibited so be careful not to get caught!

There is an excellent walking circuit around the Gringat water, with views of the river Waal. Lots of water birds, and a viewing tower
Practically you're in town, but you feel connected to the nature.

Vooral in de vroege ochtend is het hier heerlijk wandelen met je hond
Leuke plek om te wandelen. Je kunt een rondje van er minuten rond het meer doen. Dit met uitzicht op de Waal en de ingang van het Maaswaal kanaal. Een nadeel is dat het niet berekent is op grote groepen mensen. Er is maar weinig parkeerplek.
Mooie struin route met Weurtsestraatje als niet te missen onderdeel van de route
