BE AWARE!!! They will waste your time and you will not get a test drive. They will only give you a test drive if they are sure you will buy a car (really? Why would i even go to a test drive, if I already made a decision to buy that specific car?). The guy said he has to do cleaning of the car after each test drive, so only the very dedicated ones will get the test drive (though, it is allowed to have a look at the cars on the floor), because of the corona. We spent about an hour there, the guy GOT INTO OUR CAR to try it, said our car is not great (we have only second best in line engine and best in line configuration of the car). The guy said he is unwilling to have a test drive for us, as he does not feel we will buy the car and THIS IS HIM who selects the customers, because he sells great cars. So eventually we left, being very puzzled why we wasted so much time in a place which looked like a farm and did not even have a hand sanitizer at the entrance.

Dear friends, be aware that appointment for test drive doesn’t necessarily mean for you a real test drive! This option will be availbale only after you’ve bought the car. This information doesn’t exist in test drive approval email or anywhere on company’s website.
While going to Wijchen we were thinking how the experience is going to be in that small town. But to be honest Arjan made us comfortable by asking what we wanted and explaining every question we ask. We couldn’t make a deal due to our personal issues but when we buy our next car we know where we have to go. Thanks Top cars.
Well worth of driving from Amsterdam. Good company with good car selection, good trade-in price for our old car, and last but not least nice and honest people working there.
Een afspraak gemaakt voor een proefrit en wij werden netjes geïnformeerd over de wijze waarop Top Auto's te werkt gaat. Verkoper Roel nam alle tijd voor ons en heeft goed uitgelegd waarom zij een scherpe prijsstelling kunnen aanbieden met prima import-auto's. Twee dagen later konden wij onze (bijna) nieuwe Nissan Quasqai ophalen en voor de juiste prijs de huidige auto inruilen. Met vragen kun je ze altijd mailen of bellen. Wij hadden direct een goed indruk van Top Auto's en verwachten dat, indien het nodig is, de after-sales/service ook goed zal zijn.
Bijna twee uur voor in de auto moeten zitten maar er zeker voor over gehad. Gelijk een goede inruil voor onze auto en de nieuwe auto was ook scherp geprijsd. Arjan is een oprechte auto verkoper en niet zo'n glad stereotype. Je voelt je daar gewoon fijn. Op de dag dat we onze auto gingen ophalen was ik jarig en kreeg ik van Arjan een mega gave autorit in een Lamborghini. Was echt een belevenis! Voor een volgende auto rijden we graag weer twee uur!
