People should be really careful hiring this agency. They do very rough inspection. I hired one worker for viewing a 1976 house and in the end, one major issue was not reported! I lost 7000 euro on repairing! Knows what, this major issue was noticed by my contractor just looking from outside. Loek Goossens was the inspector and he refused admitting the mistake. I hope I can find justice and this is a WARNING for any people/ expats who are thinking to work with them! Please consider the quality, and especially their attitude towards mistakes: not showing any responsibility at all!
