Very disappointed with the service I received today.... was so impressed when I opened my account but cursing that day at the moment. Went in to seek assistance with a CC application I had made. As soon as the customer service agent heard credit card she refused to listen to what issue I had but just told me to phone the CC company. the CC company then explained that they couldn’t do anything about it as the bank had opened the account incorrectly!!! I went back inside and asked them to speak to the call center but they refused and asked me to leave. Have never been treated with such disrespect especially once I had four people screaming at me because I pointed out that if I had actually listened to my problem the first time they wouldn’t have wasted any time and it would have been a simple process.... pity that there isn’t another branch closer as I dread having to go in there again... UPDATE: I phoned the call center and they were amazing in assisting me with what I needed! ABN AMRO can really be proud of their call center!! Such nice agents who will go above and beyond to listen and help you! Wish the Zaandam office were even 1% of what they were. Changed my main bank to the ABN AMRO in Hoofdorp to avoid having to ever go to this place again. Update: still the worst....
Very disappoint services. Go to somewhere else. The bank man standing at the middle of the bank is helpless and waste my time. He took us for more than 10 mins, and it is clueless at the end of conversation .
Vorige week maandag geweest voor een storting, helaas gaf de automaat storing aan en is mijn geld in de automaat gebleven en niet op mijn rekening gestort. Toezeggingen van werknemers dat het binnen 24 u op mijn rekening zal staan, en het gebeurt niet. Een week lang gebeld, nog steeds geen geld op mijn rekening. Meerdere werknemers gesproken, o.a Tobias Nijboer, Aurika, Danique Damsteen, Sanne Rutte.. Iedereen zei wat anders. Tot op heden alleen een mail ontvangen dat mijn aanvraag in behandeling is genomen! En volgens een van de werknemers kan dit weken duren voor ik mijn geld krijg, en de vraag is, krijg ik deze nog wel?!?!???
