One of worst experience ever. We bought carpet to be placed on the first and second floor of our new house. After paying a few thousands of Euros (a lot of money!) we got the appointment to install only 2 rooms after 3 weeks and the rest of the house in 4 weeks, so the whole family with 2 kids sleeping in the sitting room for a few weeks to avoid sleeping on the cement. A disaster of agenda and planning. The carpet is placed by an outsourced company who don’t care about the costumer experience at all. They were rude and incredibly dirty people. They left the house entrance, the toilet and the attic with mountains of glue, thousands of carpet pieces, banana peels, garbage, pieces of rubber and dirt. We had to spend hours in the night cleaning the house! In addition, the first time they came, they were 3 hours late without notifying absolutely nothing and the second time they had to wait at the door for 20 minutes getting a very rude call from them complaining about waiting just for some minutes, saying that it’s not normal that they had to wait for 20 minutes and overhanging saying that they would leave because we carried the kids to school in that moment early in the morning. After we waited 3 hours for them the previous time!!! What is the point of outsource the installation of the carpet you are selling?, contract your own installers, provide a proper service, place the waste in bags instead of throwing them around and install it in a maximum time of 2 or 3 days. Is it so difficult?. I don’t think so… Focusing only on collecting the money from the costumer and forgetting about his satisfaction. What a disgusting experience for such an expensive purchase. Never ever buy absolutely nothing else in Kwantum.

Nice and good quality stuff for less price and friendly staff. Few years back I bought curtains and carpet from here and its still as good as new.
