We spent a few hours here as expecting-parents. A majority of their sales staff (2 of the 3 we shopped with) are younger students who are enthusiastic but do not know the products very well. This is especially important when buying large ticket items such as baby strollers, as you want to be able to compare features and ask questions. Thankfully, I had done a lot of research beforehand. We were lured by the 'personal shopping' option that offered upto 20% discount. But prenatal first bumps up the price, and then gives you a reduction. This too is structured in a complicated manner (the total cannot include certain products etc). All in all, we felt we didn't get much of a price advantage, we would have spent less at other places, and had access to a broader variety of products - especially for strollers and car seats, you are better off shopping elsewhere. Even Baby land nextdoor seems to have a wider selection available. All in all I would have given them two star rating but am adding an additional star for Jessica (who eventually helped us, and was informed and helpful).

This is review for online order we placed at Prenatal. They were advertising special offer on the set of Easy Harvey stroller on their website but only after we ordered it, we let to know that it is not complete stroller set it was presented on their website. I found this very unprofessional and confusing. We couldn't cancel the order anymore so we had to ship it back for return to Prenatal at our own expenses! last time we ordered anything online from Prenatal! Very bad customer service!

Zondag hebben we een autostoel voor onze dochter moeten kopen. Zoals de meeste van jullie weten is er zoveel keuze. Ik vroeg Anouk om hulp. Ze reageerde heel vriendelijk en beleefd en kwam ons direct te woord staan. Professioneel beantwoorden ze al onze vragen. Ze is zelfs met ons mee naar de Auto gelopen (ondanks dat ze al een aantal maanden zwanger was) om te kijken of dat soort isofix wel in onze auto kon. Toen wij samen met Anouk erachter kwamen dat dat niet het geval was heeft ze weer een stoel gevonden met onze wensen. En vanwege de laagste prijs GARANTIE waarvan wij niks wisten, kregen we de stoel voor 120,- goedkoper. Wij zijn nog nooit zo blij een winkel uit gegaan. Anouk BEDANKT!! Je bent een topper!
