This is a great place to explore Dutch Windmills at the very close distance and very detailed . Like an open museum, a well worth a visit!!!

Amazing place! Really beautiful, with great sightseeing of the Dutch Windmills. A taste of Holland's old lifestyle. One of the best places that I've visited in Europe. There's a nice place to taste the local cheese, chocolate or beverages. Totally worth the time to visit! The dutch are polite and warm-hearted. Unforgettable experience!!!
It's probably one of the best things you could do if you are in Amsterdam and you decide to take the day to explore this place and take beautiful photographs. It's great any time of the year but probably best when outwith tourists season. If it is a windy day, you would want to make sure you have suitable clothing as the whole area is not sheltered and you would feel the wind quite strongly. Lots of great spots nearby to explore.
The place is fantastic and those « moulin » look wonderful !
