Quality of service is gone down. Was my favorite place but last visit was not fine .. could feel the unwelcome attitude. Also the details checks for my car we're not complete as per what I wished. Got a wrong advise from this dealer to take my car to damage company because of misaligned steering and wheels. Also I was told that my car is safe to ride. I went to another Kia dealer and they just took it for solving the problem, this another kia dealer also suggested that I should not drive the car at all with misalignment problem of car. So all in all the staff or kia zoetermeer is become inefficient and unwelcome . They do the regular service good but do not expect any extra from them.
