Got a new phone with cellulair plan. Employees are kind but T-Mobile gave some wrong info on mail about both my phone delivery (a new release, which I can blame on miscommunication due to corona) as my new cell plan (changed provider). Not a big deal and fixable luckily, and the guy said he's going to try to escalate it to prevent the issue next time for new customers, but still a bit too bad it happened and that the store doesn't know what other parts of T-Mobile tell customers.
