EXCELLENT experience. People at 123Wonen Leiden helped me moving to Leiden during pandemic -a challenge that looked at first almost impossible. Since the first moment I got in contact with them, they managed to overcome any kind of obstacle. Mediation with the owner was smooth and the decision time after the (virtual) visit was incredibly fast. They also made my arrival to Leiden a lot easier than expected both with complete information and great helpfulness.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND VERY NICE PEOPLE! For our experience, the only thing that we did not like is corncerning the cleaning of the apartment before we moved in: the apartment has not been deeply clean. We found a lot of dust all around the house and, mirrors and the oven where dirty. This is the only negative note.
Best help on finding your place :) quick answers, no hidden costs, very nice and helpfull company. Highly recommended ! It took us not even a month to move into a great house.
