Thank you Neal! Neal being a great massage therapist and movement enthusiast will, first, inquire about your needs and work out a plan together. The massages he gives are a perfect blend of relaxing and effective, using both relaxing and deep tissue techniques. It felt relaxed and relieved of the pain I was having. He also gave me a couple of exercises to work on to reduce future pain. I will definitely come back.
