Aeroflot isn't as bad as it looks like, we flew from Amsterdam to Phuket with a connecting flight in Moscow. Both flights were good and the food was just your regular airplane food. The flight attendends were also very nice, only our baggage got lost in transit at the first flight in Phuket, it was sent to our hotel the day after and they solved it perfectly I do recommend if you are doing a connecting flight to have around of 3 hours in between to not miss your flight if you have delay. On the flight back everything went perfect we even got a special Bangkok - Moscow menu card. The free amenities you get I posted it in a few pictures. If you have a little kid you do get a free t shirt or polo. I would fly again with the airline in my opinion.

Why not directly 1 star? I'd objectively rate it at 4 stars. My experience with Aeroflot is good. Price/Quality is good. When contacted in Russian, their customer service (email) is excellent. Writing this during the Corona-crisis, got a reply early in the morning after contacting them late in the evening. Not sure about the English correspondence though.
Aeroflot is Russian mafia, full of thugs. The counter at Delhi did not let me check-in and forced me to book the return tickets at the counter at 1210AM, had several tense moments. Now that the flight is cancelled, they say that the ticket is booked at the counter, hence the call center can't cancel it. The counter in Delhi never lifts my call. There is a total shutdown in India and they ask me to visit the counter in Delhi, I stay 2000KM away in Hyderabad. Never ever book a flight on Aeroflot, they are rogues.
Even 1 star is to much for this company. Not only their service is very bad, even after telling us to compensate the costs we are waiting for more than 4 months to get our money back. We'll never fly with Aeroflot again!
Aeroflot is a terrible company, don't book a flight with Aeroflot. They will not help you in any way, the customer service is terrible. It is impossible to reach them by phone and they do not give a proper reply by email. Attached you can see a reply that I received asking for help regarding a flight booked with Aeroflot. No hello or goodbye, just: \please contact your agency\ I found out afterwards by talking about this experience that a lot of my friends have very bad experiences with Aeroflot flights, saying that the staff is very unfriendly.
