I Visited this beautifully kept Cemetery in 2014 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the events ,it was very humbling to see the local children from around the area placing flowers at each resting place saying a prayer for each and everyone laying in rest ,thankyou for your commitment to this day and the pride you see in this place and streets houses Display both Dutch ,British flags.

If you're looking at the history of operation Market Garden then you need to visit this war cemetery. This brings all the information in the museums together. At the end of it all it's about the young lives from around the globe and from different beliefs that were lost. I war there are no winners, just losers.

I visited here 2yrs ago in mid summer a peaceful and sober place but beautiful . Back here in November slight rain autumn leaves in colour again a beautiful place thank you Dutch people for remembering the fallen .

A well tended cemetery that is starkly handsome but especially affecting when one realizes the obvious: nearly all the grave markers commemorate people born during the early twentieth century and who never saw the middle of the century. Such is war, and silence comes without saying.
