It could be better. I was one of the two customers and the woman rushed to cut my hair. I had long hair and want to cut it short. It was washed, cut, dried and paid within 15 minutes. It is ironic how she said "I don't recommend you a straight bang, I would prefer going for a side bang." That is already an indication that she can't cut that. (I had straight bangs before) After cutting, not much touch-ups or questioning. The touch-up she did was not even something I wanted or was not even questioned. Instead of leaving my front hair straight, she just took a knife to give this "short to long hair"-effect. I am not pleased. In the past, this hairdresser was great. I guess I have to find another again.

Recently visited with my three year old kid for a hair cut.The service was not satisfied .I preferred one style and they did another. Finally the output was too bad .The way they handled my kid was very rough .Very disappointing.
