Took my battery there today to fix. But the phone has now stop functioning for the headphone jack and also the display brightness does not work as before. Also they have tried very hard to take the screw out and I can see they have totally smashed one of the phone screw.

I wanted to buy a used iPhone that was in decent shape. Someone named Benjamin helped me find exactly what I was looking for: a gently used phone with the latest software (the phone was in top condition, and the price was a total deal). Be sure to ask for Benjamin—he really knows his phones!
I'm sorry for breaking my promise! Beter later than never though, so: Don't go anywhere else with your phone. Seriously. There might be other capable repair shops, but this is the only one you need. Why? 1. The staff are proffesionals. They know their area, they like their jobs and they just want to help people. And they can. 2. They're for a fair trade service - money, not just earning profit. My Huawei Mate 20 Lite was soaked, but there was no certainty that only the touchscreen was broken. I said that if after opening it additional damage will be found, I'll pay just for the diagnosis. They refused. I had to pay 80euro to a dentist who backed down in the middle of removing my tooth and send me to hospital - they didn't want anything. 3. I got my phone repaired in 30 minutes. Not even, to be honest. 4. I was shown original Huawei parts I will get. I was given my old parts back because of the battery 5. They're really nice, good guys. They speak fluent English and will chat with you if you're a foreigner about where you're from and stuff. 6 out of 5 stars. Saying it as brother to a man who proffesionally repairs phones for over 15 years in Poland.
