Positive: Price 1. Good customer service and commit to meet customers' needs ! 2. Delivery on-time Negative: Poor communication 1. We paid for installation. And the workers promised to come back to repair few laminate making lots of noise. But didn’t reach out on the date and never call ... 2. After making contact with the shop owner, he is indeed helping. The worker came back to fix it. However, we didn’t reach the agreement to resolve the issue after 20 minutes of arguing : Few PVC floors in the kitchen were not clicked well and it makes annoying noise. WHY I believe it can be resolved: 1. Only couple of m2 out of 91m2 has such issues. If it was caused by underneath concrete floor, there shall be other noisy places. 2. It’s less than a mm gap. That is exactly the reason why we bought and put underlying material below PVC. I THINK it is just not done well in that kitchen.
