The worst service I have ever encountered! Their products were not the cheapest, but their website stated \in stock\ and \order before 23:00 and receive next day\. Because I needed the items urgently, I placed the order with them. Two working days later it had not even been dispatched yet. I contacted them and was told that the items will be three days later than expected. So I waited another three days. Three days later, they had still not been dispatched. I contacted them again - this time I was told the products are stuck at the border and will be a few more days. At this point I explained that I needed the products urgently for my business. I also pointed out how incredibly misleading it was to list products \in stock\ that were not in stock. And to sell as next day delivery when this was clearly not possible. Customer services simply told me that they are not responsible for the website, so cannot comment. Clearly I was not going to have the products, so I cancelled the order. After cancelling, I was told that the money could not be refunded to the credit card I bought it with, and had to give a different account. I did so. Then I was told that the money will be refunded in ten working days. It is now 12 working days later. I still do not have my money back. And their customer services are no longer responding to my emails. I guess I will never see that 160 euros again...

Extremely poor customer service. I was waiting 1.5 month to receive my order. In a mean time I was trying to contact the team to check on the status of my order - impossible to reach - no response to emails and they did not pick up the calls. In the end I asked them to cancel my order as I decided to purchase the product somewhere else. They didn't do so, early this week I received the order. Still waiting on the reaction from the customer service to return the items and get my money back - most likely they will not respond. AVOID this company!!

NO goods, NO refund after 2.5 months, more than 7000 euros On 4-Feb, I ordered the products which cost more than 7100 euros in total on their webshop. There are 3 different orders, because I ordered more after I got the email to confirm that they would deliver the goods immediately for the first order. The expected delivery date for all the 3 orders was 6-Feb or 7-Feb. On 7-Feb, I received an email that they could not deliver the goods, so I asked to cancel all the orders. No reply was received. On 10-Feb, I asked to cancel my orders again, and they made credit invoices this time and said I would receive the refund within 10 working days. On 10-Feb, I received the email that they would deliver the goods on 10-Feb. On 15-Feb, they sent me credit invoices with another company name DHZdiscount.nl, but still no refund. After that, I contacted them via email on: 18-Feb, 23-Feb, 24-Feb, 13-Mar, 17-Mar, 18-Mar, 19-Mar, 20-Mar. I called them on 4-Feb, 11-Feb, 26-Feb, 10-Mar, 19-Mar. I chatted with them many time via their web shop live chat at least 10 times. However, until today, 14-Apr, I still have not gotten any money back! Every time the same woman of the customer services repeated the same thing: we will arrange it the refund as soon as possible... we are super busy because we have more than 1000 credit invoices to pay... I will tell my boss... You will get it next week... HOWEVER, NOTHING HAPPENED!!! Right now they are not reachable by telephone any more. This morning, I went to the police office. The policewoman chatted with them online and asked them to call us back. But they simply refused. There is more than 7100 euros, it took almost 2.5 months already, still NO GOODS & NO REFUND! It is unacceptable!!
