We went there to test drive a Zoe. We're looking for an electric car. In general it was a good experience but because they were busy I didn't get the impression that they cared that much. They wanted to go on to the next person. Now that might be a good thing if you're just looking around and didn't want the hassle and maybe they thought we weren't serious enough. We had an appointment for the test drive and we did it anyway, the car is great though. We're definitely considering it.

Friendly people and good service.
Wanted to request for a trade-in quote (estimation) for my car and so, sent pictures and license plate of my car. Got a call from a lady who started by announcing that my car is an import and not original Dutch car, as per what she could see on RDW. That was of course completely incorrect and she agreed to itiwhrn confronted with facts. But then she gives me a rubbish trade-in indication by comparing it to a car they traded in recently, which incidentally was a lower variant and had 20000kms more and Euro 5. Like some reviews I have read here, seems they are all show and no go...happy that I didn't do a deal with this company.

Mondelinge afspraak bij occasion verkoop word niet nagekomen , er jammer .
Reactie op uw antwoord wij hebben maar 1officieel gesprek gehad de rest telefonisch heen en weer gebeld. En het feit dat er met een aanbod word gekomen dat we na de aanschaf van een nieuwe auto die niet goed is dat we nog eens 8.000 euro bij moeten leggen dat noem ik geen oplossing/aanbod maar eerder profiteren van de omtandigheden en er nog een extra slaatje uit slaan. Een echte oplossing zou inmiddels zijn om de helft te vergoede van wat we nu bij onze inmiddels andere auto moesten bijleggen. Slechtste ervaring ooit nooit meer een Renault alles is goed tot er problemen zijn met je auto.met andere woorden garantie tot aan de deur zodra je betaald hebt doen ze niks meer voor je. OPLICHTERS ZIJN HET MENSEN KOOP NOOIT EEN AUTO BIJ ZE KRIJG JE ECHT SPIJT VAN OPLICHTERS ZIJN HET. KOOP NOOIT EEN RENAULT ZIJN ALLEEN MAAR PROBLEEM AUTO.S ZONDEN VAN JE GELD. HET ZIJN SCHOFTEN VAN MENSEN DIE DAAR WERKEN EN RENAULT NEDERLAND.
