A couple of days ago I went for a big golden mirror and I won it in the BVA auction. I was so happy and paid straight away! Today was the pick up day... they don't have my mirror! They wanted to give me a silver one!!! I refused and at the end I went home with another golden mirror that they had inside (because I didn't want to lose all my money). Another style, much smaller... I think this is unacceptable and this company should pay a fine for this!

Very bad service the forwarder could not collect the items on Saturday. They went on Monday and could not collect the item. I had to pay for the transport. BVA refuses an other collection date and on top of that they refuse to return the money I have paid for the item. This is robbery!!

Bought a car from them. When I came to pick it up it was already running. Went 100km home - got multiple engine faults and the car would not start again (flat battery). The staff knew about those issues but hid them to increase selling value. Bva states that I could test the car before (but no driving allowed) - so I could take a look but do nothing with it. That's why in case of any complain they will refuse to do anything. It's ALWAYS clients fault. IF THE ITEM IS NOT 50% OF MARKET VALUE I WOULD AVOID BY ANY MEANS !!!

I purchased a boxspring bed about four months ago. After delivery, I found out that the most important part (the actual matress box) is missing. This makes the bed exactly 25cm high (so, below your knees), and extremely hard (because you basically just sleep on a hard under-box). Firstly, they told me that the bed is actually delivered like this (although the measurements and the pictures say differently - so that is false advertising). After that, they started to doubt themselves, and don't know how to answer this. I contacted customer service to ask when the rest will be delivered, and until today I still haven't received the rest of the bed yet. They simply just don't know how to handle a simple delivery. They probably lost the rest of the bed, and don't know how to tell me. Well, just tell me, because I am tired of e-mailing and calling them to ask for a freaking matress! Please do not purchase anything on here. This is an absolute scam! I also bought a vacuumer here, I do not even bother to contact them about it (because it does not even work). But I just too busy with receiving a matress! Rediculous.

Frist :you can put big on you website you dont accepted: RETURNS and people see beter ,and people from call service answers and after 1 min close the phone with out no results and no reason,not nice
