I give a one star just because I can't give a zero! Their service is so mysterious and awful! I ordered a 2k euro couch 21 weeks ago! 21 weeks! They told me on the agreement they will deliver in 8-16 weeks. Unfortunately they never did! And never call me to explain why they didn't! I called them last week, and they told me they are not able to deliver me the couch now and not able to tell me where it is either. They said that they sent an email to the headquarter asking about my couch, and will call me back. Of course they never call me back!! I keep calling everyday, and after 3 days they said they sent the email, another employee picked up my phone and said oh her colleague made a mistake in the email by missing one digit, and then she sent it correctly again (she said so) and promised me to call me back on Monday. Now it is Wednesday and I never receive anything from them! My arguments are: 1. If they are seriously looking forward to solving my problem, why don't they just call the headquarter? 2. On the agreement it says 8-16 weeks, then why didn't they call me or inform me in anyway to explain why it has to take longer? 3. Did they make stupid mistakes or just try to scam? 4. The whole purchasing experience just feel like a scam, and they broke my trust thousand times (simply from everytime they tell me that they will call me back, but NEVER did). At the beginning they all sound very convincing, but in the end you just have to be lucky. There is no post service at all (or not even post service because I haven't received anything yet!). Seriously if you cherish your money, don't buy anything from them!
