I was introduced to Laura van Wijnen from Amstel Housing (Rotterdam) by a very close friend. Laura has been a great help, and she is very responsive & professional. She was able to rent out my place in a short time. Amstel Housing is well informed on current market conditions and guides you accordingly. I would certainly recommend Amstel Housing.

Hello there, This ranking is because of a situation happened to me directly. While I had great experience with Amstel Housing Amstelveen Branch manager (Mrs. Laura van Wijnen) as we did business for many many years and all was wonderful , till i had a horrible experience with Amstel Housing Almere (to be specific Mrs. Precious Rokette). She rented one of my houses to het brother and promised to keep everything professional but she actually didn't. She conveyed my private information to her brother and he used it against me in the court. While I had a great experience with Amstel housing Amstelveen and complained they backed her up without admitting being wrong. Therefore this will be my very last business with them to rent any property through them neither advice anyone to do business with them. Very sad!
