I am looking into bathroom furniture for our house that we are building. One of the brands we are looking at, Detremmerie, reverted me to their showrooms in The Netherlands where we can view their products. I called to book an appointment (COVID restrictions) but the showroom receptionist was surprisingly unwilling to help. The showroom is only for customers that are looking at buying through them. Our constructors are handling this, and while I understand, there is no immediate benefit for them, I don't understand why a showroom would decline customers to visit. Ultimately they represent the brands too, and this is very poor service in my opinion.

Don't expect any level of customer service from this company. Didn't care to respond for 3 days although the heating system purchased from them was broken. Use another company if you want to avoid freezing at home!

Will not sell a radiator unless they replace it themselves. Also not willing to tell what tell what type of connection needed and so on. Absolutely not helpfull.

Very poor according to my exp. came to fix something in my Apartment and blocked our toilets. Entire apartment filled up with water. When asked to clean they declined saying that’s not our job.
