Absolutely horrific. I ordered a sandwich and soup from this location, and they forgot to deliver the sandwich. When I called, they had known about the missing sandwich (though they had not mentioned anything when they made the delivery), and informed that they would not be able to deliver the sandwich for another two hours because they had to make their own orders in Heerlen??!?!?!?! Now I am still waiting for the restaurant to call me back to issue a refund.
