So the biggest most egregious mistake they made was FORGETTING to pay me for one of my guest, only because I was keeping track myself did I notice I was 200 eur short. They also got the following stuff wrong; 1. Noone being available to take my keys despite two phone calls to confirm 2. Bookings not being provided to me in a timely manner to notify the Gementee. 3. Bedding being left in the apartment so that I have to hang it out to dry. 4. The same bedding not being collected by the cleaner after their next visit. 5. Having my apartment left UNLOCKED without my knowledge. Edit: they offered me 50 euro to delete this review

Met their boss directly, he is a nice guy but suggested I contacted him via Whatsapp with some details. He suggested they have so many airbnbs they have lots to choose from. He also never got back to me about whether they would take on my airbnb after I shared my statistics. I find it very rude that a business owner doesn't even bother replying yes or no.
As first ever customer I'm still really happy with these guys. Thank you for the service all these years xx
