I feel extremely lucky that our children can attend the Anne Frank Montessori school. It is a friendly, welcoming environment that our children truly love. The principal, Katja, is very dynamic and helps cultivate an inspiring and positive atmosphere. We appreciate the teachers, especially -- they do great work, individually and as a team. I've been very impressed with their methods and attitudes. My children are thriving and happy -- thank you!

I wish I could give Anne Frank six stars, because we could not be happier with the school. We were very nervous about putting our daughter into a Dutch primary school, given that she did not speak a word of Dutch when we moved to Amsterdam. But we didn't need to worry: Anne Frank has taken exceptionally good care of her for the past three years. She is now completely fluent in Dutch, reading and speaking the language as well as she reads and speaks her native one. Even more importantly, there has not been a single day when our daughter did not look forward to going to school. She has great friends, great teachers, and a fantastic head of school in Katja Rakic. If you are lucky enough to get a place for your child at Anne Frank, you'd be crazy not to take it.

Ons kind heeft hier op school gezeten, achteraf gezien hadden we direct moeten besluiten om naar een andere basisschool te wisselen. Niveau van de leerkrachten laat te wensen over, onervaren leerkrachten die direct van de Pabo voor de klas komen te staan. Het lijkt handig zo'n school om de hoek maar kijk alsjeblieft in het belang van je kind ook naar alternatieven in de buurt.
Goede school die de eer heeft gekregen de naam te dragen van Anne Frank; een bijzondere tiener die tijdens WO II o.a in de Amsterdamse Rivierenbuurt heeft gewoond.
Geweldige basisschool!
