Great selection of items that transcend the everyday and very helpful personnel. The items in photo are a good example.. Red lacquered leather button and square profile ring. The woman at the counter - who nodded and smiled knowingly when I told her how difficult it was to make a decision - helped me find the right cord to make these items into drawer pulls for the cabinet I'm transforming into something vaguely Chinese. Great place for inspiration and high quality products to make it happen.

No corona measured at all! Pretty shocking! Not even a sign on the door about it, no hand sanitiser, no masks, staff not being careful at all. In such a small shop there should at least me a max allowed customers. On top of rude staff that doesn’t even look at you or greet you. There’s better places to spend your money!

In the shop, a middle-aged fat woman (the boss) was very rude and arrogant. And their employee told me last week that the fabrics that I need can be purchased in two days. Then after a week, I came to buy it, but it was not there, and government ask all the shops were closed tonight, so I had to buy fabric from here before close. at the same time I have to change my color card. The fat shop owner also blamed me for spending a lot of time choosing fabrics. But you caused the inconvenience, u did not have any apologies and courtesy, and treated me rudely. I really hope this fat middle-aged woman can go to school for education! this is the last time go to this shity shop.

I love the variety this place has, but the staff seriously needs to take a costumer service course. They hardly smile at you, when I asked where I can find something they indicated me with zero interest. Is this how Dutch people treat each other? I don't think so, I felt more welcomed in another stores. Really a shame
