Be careful with this service, really incompetent! The ‘technical’ comes the first time to check the problem and obviously he charge for that, that’s was fine. Then, he comes the second time to fix the same problem but he comes alone even if he knew he was unable to do the job without a help, cause the oven was heavy to move. I am 8 months pregnant so he ask help to my husband for doing the job without even explain how to do it. Moving the oven the front glass completely broke in thousand of pieces and hurts my husband’s hand. The cut was deep. I was under shock. I ask to the technical, at least, to please put back the stove where it was and at the beginning he refuse cause the risk (note the stove now was sloping and dangerous). Then, again, my husband put it in the right position but this is not my husband’s job, we paid for a “professional” to do that. He left the house without taking off the broke glass from the front! Well, at the end we paid the job even the second time and asking the price for replace the glass. after 2 days he let us know that the front glass is out of stock and the only solution is replace the stove. 1000 and more. He didn’t even care for find another solution or offer a help to find a second hand one. He got paid 160 and leave us with a problem bigger than before and a deep cuts on my husband’s hand. Really unprofessional and unhelpful. Call someone else!!
Highly recommended! Quick, highly experienced, friendly and excellent value. We called this company for a second opinion after another company told us our fridge was broken and the whole thing needed to be replaced. Ricky found the actual problem and saved us hundreds of euro by replacing the broken part and repairing the fridge. I would call this service again in a heartbeat!
I would never call anyone else other than Rick to repair/install a fridge, a washing machine or a dishwasher. He is very professional, honest, friendly and extremely responsive. He solved all my problems.

Ricky is really friendly and professional! I called him to repair my built-in microwave/oven and came the same day. I highly recommend him! I called Ricky because of a problem with my microwave. He took the time to explain on the phone what could cause the issue, so I could try to fix it by myself. As I wasn’t able to fix it, he came to repair it on the same day. He did the job really carefully and explained every step.
Overall: Very friendly and professional. Great experience. We called for repairing our built-in oven and the appointment was immediately arranged for the next working day. The job was done very carefully and explained every step. Highly recommended!
