I interned for six weeks at Mr Nouse's companies, Absolum and Elicite. I had free choice to do whichever tasks interested me most. Mr Nouse placed great value on our interests being \aligned\, meaning we have a win-win situation. Mr Nouse's working style is quite the opposite of micromanaging. He is very self-confident and assertive, and maybe occasionally a big aggrandizing. We evaluated once a week how the internship was going, which I appreciated because it created accountability and created a space to exchange feedback. I was given much trust.
