These guyz were extremely helpful, I had several e-mail and fone conversations with Merle and nothing was too much trouble for him. They dispatched quickly (on Tuesday morning) and I received it the following day (Wednesday afternoon). The only reason they have 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the Dutch site is slightly more expensive than the UK site from the same company. That said, I will still use them again when I need to buy another new battery.
