Great crowd nice atmosphere! As an expat I enjoyed myself and will be back. Everyone speaks English and is super friendly. Check the website for times and location changes in the summer time.

I only found out about aikido some months ago and started training with Carolina since then. Not only the sport is a wonderful wholesome experience but also Carolina’s way of teaching (she’s a mindfulness teacher as well) sets the right intentions and tone to this wonderful practice. The people that are training as well are open and so friendly which makes it a lot of fun! Carolina is a super experienced aikido teacher with a great humor! You really don’t wanna miss out. I am totally hooked, love it. Go meet her, meet us️

Great Aikido Dojo with a nice and friendly atmosphere. Very capable teacher who will teach you the width, height and depth of Aikido. Also easily accessible by public transport 10 min walk form metro, 15 min travel form train station.

I have known Carolina for over 20 years. I was a full time Aikido student with her in California in the 90's. She is an accomplished aikido practioner, a great instructor and a fantastic person. I would recommend her classes to anyone!

Carolina is a wonderful Aikido teacher who also offer mindful courses. Aikido is a Japanese martial arts and it is the only martial arts which takes you beyond winner or loser, stronger or weaker, succeeded or failed etc., How? ;-) Try at least three months :)
