I was in Art's house in the period from 2 april to 6 april 2015. The house was normal, not very big but honestly enough for a couple. The problem we have were others. The electrical system was old and infact I got the shock several times simply approaching the outlet. The kitchen was smelly trash and the bathroom very very small. At the end Art was not honest with us because he did not returned me the deposit of 161,00 euros claiming damages implausible and untrue. He also changed the terms of our contract even if we had already payed the rental booking by a site, and so it cost me more than the original contract... I didn't like it.
