They receive offers after the deadline they determined. Even I have the written confirmation saying that I have the best offer, they accept another offers after deadline and destroy all your plans. Their way of working is unethical!

We are very happy we choose \Amsterdam at home\ office. Even more than that that we had the honor to win Kaylee Romer services.First off all, and it was importnat for us, she has a fluent english, she is very very attentive, and she has an intuition and experience that helped us to know better what we need and to find excatly what we wanted. Kaylee's was available and comunicated every time we needed her. when we had thoughts or hesitations, she know to give us the right answer and she had the right conslut and advise. When you have a good real estate agent in your big and importnat desicsion as buying an apartment it is like finding the right life partner. Kaylee is a partner for this process. if i did not make my point till now - i highly recomand \Amsterdam at Home\ services

The office team diligently received our requests and booked viewings. The legal procedures were well managed. Even though they work with a very expensive notary, the process was smooth for us. Apart from this, we felt pretty much neglected and I am sure we ended up overbidding more that we needed to. When asked how much we should bid, only advise from Wouter was: “I see in the system that the highest price for which a flat has been recently sold in that area was X per sqm, so that’s how much you should offer if you want it”. That was it; no comparison with similar flats. When asked more questions, he did not even make the minimum effort to pretend he knew something about the market or cared. Furthermore, a couple of question asked after we agreed to buy were enough to understand that Wouter never set a foot in the flat (though he said he did). In this sellers’ market, as a buyer, this might be the best you can get. Don’t know... But for such a big decision I’d recommend you look somewhere else for help.
