Slow, inconsistent service with overlapping advice leaving one with surprising bills and extreme delays on financial returns of any kind. Uninformative, extremely slow and unorganized.
By phone, was quite hard to make an appointment. Everything is in dutch and the personal made me wait quite a while for a simple task. Once I got the confirmation of the appointment (2 months of waiting) I went there and everything was smooth! I didn't have much to wait. I'd recommend to make digital this tax declaration for expats, because it can avoid a lot of boring problems! Thanks
Not really a profesional or not even near to a a resposible and polite organisation. They actually discourage doing business in The Netherlands.
